The correct Carbonate Hardness (KH) is mandatory for clear pond water and healthy fish and plants as well as a stable pH. KH is a measurement for the total amount of dissolved carbonates in the water. When the KH is too low the pH can fluctuate which is very harmful for the aquatic life. Colombo KH+ increases the KH (Carbonate hardness), which is essential for maintaining a safe, stable pH level. Test your water regularly and add Colombo KH+ to correct the value if it is too low. You should not increase the hardness faster than 2dKH per day.

 

Dosage : Add 1ml KH+ for every 5 litres to increase the KH by 2dKH. The cap holds 10ml.
